Where We Ship
ARCH V1 currently ships to addresses in the United States. Orders placed from within Türkiye are sold by ARCH Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi under Turkish consumer law and are governed by the domestic delivery and returns terms instead.
We intend to open sales to the European Union at a later stage. Until that happens, and until terms specific to that region are published, we do not accept orders for delivery into the European Union.

Shipping
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of the order being confirmed. Where a unit is part of a production batch that has not yet shipped, the expected date is shown at the time of ordering.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the product price and are payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country, not by ARCH, and we cannot calculate or refund them. If a shipment is refused at customs and returned to us, any charges incurred are deducted from the refund.
Taking Delivery
Please inspect the package before accepting it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's delivery record or refuse the delivery, and contact us at info@archtechnology.co. This makes a damage claim considerably easier for both sides.

Cancellation and Returns
Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched, at no cost, by writing to info@archtechnology.co. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
30-Day Return Window
You may return an ARCH V1 within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first at info@archtechnology.co and we will issue a return authorisation. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
The device must be complete, with all accessories and packaging, and in a condition that allows resale. You may unpack and try the product; that does not affect your right to return it. Damage beyond what normal inspection would cause may reduce the refunded amount.
Who Pays Return Shipping
If you are returning the product because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense and is not refunded.
If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, ARCH pays the return shipping and we send you a prepaid label. You are never asked to pay to return a defective product.
Refunds
Once the returned unit reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Import duties and taxes paid to your local authority are not refundable by ARCH; you may be able to reclaim them directly from that authority.

Warranty and Faulty Goods
Two-Year Limited Warranty
ARCH Innovation Corp. warrants the ARCH V1 against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery. If a defect appears within that period, we will repair the unit, replace it, or refund it, at our option and at no cost to you, including shipping in both directions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, liquid exposure beyond the stated resistance of the product, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal cosmetic wear that does not affect how the device works. Consumable wear of the strap and contact surfaces over time is expected and is not a defect.
Reporting a Fault
Write to info@archtechnology.co with your order reference and a description of the fault. Photographs or a short video usually shorten the process considerably.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is given in addition to the rights available to you under applicable law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that cannot be excluded. Nothing on this page limits those rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitation above may not apply to you.

Important Safety Warning
The ARCH V1 passes a low-intensity electrical current across the skin through its bioimpedance sensor in order to measure tissue resistance. The safety restrictions below apply to every user and are independent of these shipping and return terms. The full list is given in the Privacy Policy, section 16.
ARCH V1 is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and its sensor readings are not medical measurements.

For any question about an order, a return or a warranty claim, write to info@archtechnology.co. We aim to answer within three business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Where such law applies, the rights it grants you are not diminished by this page.
