They apply only to orders placed within Türkiye, fulfilled by ARCH Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. under Turkish consumer law; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails. Orders placed from outside Türkiye are handled by ARCH Innovation Corp. under separate terms shown on the international reservation page.

Delivery
Delivery Time
Orders are generally handed to the carrier within 2-5 business days. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days.
No dispatch takes place on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye.
For orders to be shipped outside Türkiye, please use the international order channel on archtechnology.co. International orders are fulfilled by ARCH Innovation Corp. and are subject to different terms.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. ARCH covers the shipping cost on all orders within Türkiye; no separate shipping fee is charged to you.
Taking Delivery
Please inspect the package when you take delivery. If there are signs of crushing, tearing, water damage or opening:
- Do not accept the package
- Have the courier issue a damage assessment report
- Report the situation to info@archtechnology.co
If a damaged package is accepted without a report, assessing any subsequent damage claim becomes considerably more difficult.
Unavailable at the Address
Where the carrier cannot complete delivery at the address, the product is held at the carrier's nearest branch. Products not collected within the waiting period set by the carrier are returned to the Seller. Any additional shipping costs arising in that case are borne by the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
14-Day Unconditional Return
Within 14 days of the date you take delivery, you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
No Exception
No exception to the right of withdrawal is applied to ARCH V1. The product may be returned unconditionally, subject to the conditions below.
How to Return
1. Notice. Send an email to info@archtechnology.co before the 14-day period expires. State your order number, full name and contact details.
2. Shipment. Send the product back within 10 days of your notice reaching us.
3. Refund. Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, all payments collected are refunded. The refund is made using the payment method you used.
For refunds to a credit card, the time it takes to appear on your card account depends on your bank and is outside ARCH's control. For instalment payments, the refund is made on the amount actually collected; cancellation and set-off of remaining instalments are subject to your bank's own processes.
Return Conditions
The product must be sent back complete, with its box, accessories and any gift items.
Ordinary loss of value resulting from trying the product and examining its features does not prevent a return. However, we reserve the right to claim compensation for damage caused by misuse, dropping, impact or contact with liquid.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is also free. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, ARCH covers the return shipping cost.
After we receive your withdrawal notice, a return shipping code is sent to you. Using that code you can send the product back without making any payment.

Warranty and Faulty Products
Warranty Period
ARCH V1 is warranted against manufacturing and material defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Outside Warranty Coverage
- Misuse
- Dropping, impact, crushing
- Contact with liquid beyond the limits stated in the user manual
- Opening, repair or intervention by unauthorised persons
- Use contrary to the user manual
Reporting a Fault
In the event of a fault, contact info@archtechnology.co with your order number and a description of the fault.
For returns, replacements and repair shipments arising from faulty goods, the shipping cost is borne by ARCH in all cases.
Your Statutory Rights
Where the product is faulty, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection you may exercise one of the following rights: rescission of the contract, a reduction in price, free repair, or replacement with a defect-free equivalent.

Important Safety Warning
ARCH V1 passes a low-intensity electrical current across the skin by means of a bioimpedance sensor.
Do not use the product if you have
- A cardiac pacemaker
- An implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)
Do not use without a doctor's approval in the following cases
- Use of a neurostimulator (spinal cord or deep brain stimulator)
- Active cancer treatment (local radiotherapy or chemotherapy areas)
- Suspected acute deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- Open wound, dermatitis, rash or infection in the area the device will contact
- Pregnancy
The product is intended for users aged 18 and over only.

Complaints and Applications
For any request, please first contact us at info@archtechnology.co.
If the matter cannot be resolved, within the monetary thresholds announced each December by the Turkish Ministry of Trade you may apply:
- For disputes below the threshold, to the District or Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee
- For disputes above the threshold, to the Consumer Court
You may file your application with the authority in your place of residence or in the place where the transaction was carried out.
