Human bodies weren't made for stillness. For thousands of years, we moved to survive. But the last few decades introduced something evolution didn't prepare us for: sitting.

Our circulatory system wasn't built for this new lifestyle. Gravity works against us when we're seated, and our natural "second heart", the calf muscle pump, stays dormant.
