If the matter cannot be resolved, you may apply to the District or Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee or to the Consumer Court, within the monetary thresholds announced each December by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. You may file your application with the authority in your place of residence or in the place where the transaction was carried out.
