What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device on return visits, store your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site.
This notice also applies to similar technologies such as pixels, beacons, and local storage where they perform comparable functions.

How We Use Cookies
Our website uses a small set of cookies, organized into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and marketing. Marketing cookies are offered only to visitors browsing from Türkiye.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and cannot be turned off. They enable basic functions such as page navigation, secure connections, and form submission. No consent is required for these cookies under applicable law.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session and security cookies | Netlify | Site delivery, security, basic operations | Session or short term |
| Cookie consent preference | ARCH | Stores your choice from the cookie banner | 12 months |
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. We use this information to improve content, navigation, and overall user experience. Analytics cookies are only loaded if you grant consent through the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_*, _gid | Google Analytics | Distinguishes unique users, tracks session activity | Up to 2 years |
Google Analytics is configured to use Google’s Consent Mode v2, which means that when you decline analytics cookies, no identifying cookies are placed and only anonymized aggregate measurement signals are collected by Google, where permitted by law.
For details on Google’s privacy practices, see policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Marketing Cookies (Türkiye Only)
These cookies let us measure how many visits and pre-registrations our ads on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram) bring to our website, and improve those ads accordingly. Marketing cookies are offered only when you visit from Türkiye, and are loaded only if you grant consent to this category through the cookie banner. When you visit from outside Türkiye, this category is not offered and the Meta Pixel is never loaded. Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no information is sent to Meta this way. Declining does not limit any function of the website.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Distinguishes your browser for ad measurement | 90 days |
| Meta Pixel and cookies on Meta’s own domains | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Reports page views and completed pre-registrations to Meta | Subject to Meta’s data policy |
Information sent. With your consent, the Meta Pixel sends Meta the address of the page you visit, the fact that the page was viewed or that a pre-registration was completed, browser and device information, your IP address, and Meta cookie identifiers. Information you type or select in our forms (such as your name, email, province, color, or size) is not sent to Meta.
Controller, purpose, and legal basis. The controller for this processing is ARCH Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The purpose is measuring ad performance and showing our ads to relevant people. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Meta may also process the information it receives through the pixel for its own purposes, acting as a separate controller for that processing.
International transfer. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is established in Ireland and its affiliate Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Your consent to marketing cookies also covers your explicit consent to this information being transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. Once withdrawn, the Meta Pixel is no longer loaded and the _fbp cookie is deleted from your browser. For Meta’s data practices, see facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Cookieless Measurement
On our pre-registration page, we anonymously count how far visits get through the page (for example, the form coming into view, a color or size being selected, or the submit button being pressed). This count uses no cookies or other identifiers stored on your device; who you are, your IP address, and what you type into forms are not recorded for it. Only the name of the step, the ad source the visit came from, and the device type (mobile or desktop) are stored, as daily totals. Because these totals cannot be linked to a person, they are not personal data, and the count runs independently of your cookie choices.

Third-Party Links
Our website includes links to third-party services such as Calendly (for scheduling meetings), Kickstarter (our crowdfunding page), Instagram, and LinkedIn. When you click these links, you leave archtechnology.co and the third party’s own privacy and cookie practices apply. We do not control these third-party sites or services and recommend reviewing their privacy notices.
We do not embed third-party content (such as Calendly iframes, YouTube videos, or social media widgets) on our pages, so these services do not place cookies on your device through our website unless you actively click a link. The only exception is the Meta Pixel, which is loaded only for visitors in Türkiye who consent to marketing cookies (see Section 02).

How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences
Through Our Cookie Banner
When you first visit archtechnology.co from a region where consent is required (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states), a cookie banner is displayed at the bottom of the page. You may:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject all non-essential cookies
- Customize your preferences by category
The marketing category is shown only for visits from Türkiye. Visitors in Türkiye who made a choice before this category was added will see the banner once more for the new category; their earlier choice does not count as consent to it.
Your choice is recorded for 12 months. You may change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.
Through Your Browser
You may also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to see what cookies are stored and delete them individually, block third-party cookies, block cookies from particular sites, block all cookies, or delete all cookies when you close the browser.
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from functioning correctly. Useful resources:

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for how to interpret this signal, we currently do not respond to it. We respect the choice you make through our cookie banner instead, which provides a clear and specific record of your preference.
