The Static Workday ends here. Join us on Kickstarter February 3.
Our Adaptive Real-Time Circulation Health Technology (ARCH) is a lightweight, wireless wearable device worn below the knee. Through direct skin contact, its sensors continuously monitor pulse, tissue oxygenation levels, and edema. Based on this data, it activates targeted stimulation to enhance blood circulation in real-time, reducing swelling and increasing oxygen delivery in the lower limbs. These changes are tracked and delivered back to the user via a connected mobile app.
Human bodies weren't made for stillness. For thousands of years, we moved to survive: to hunt, to protect, to explore.
But the last few decades introduced something evolution didn't prepare us for: sitting. Our circulatory system wasn't built for this new lifestyle. Gravity works against us when we're seated, and our natural "second heart", the calf muscle pump, stays dormant.
How can we preserve an ancient biological system in a modern sedentary world?
We bring together experts from health sciences, biomedical engineering, and industrial design to deliver a device that doesn't just track, it proactively prevents the negative effects of inactivity.
At ARCH, we believe innovation must serve well-being. Every component, from the pressure sensor to the adaptive pulse module, is built with intention. Every line of code responds in real-time to your body's needs. Because we don't just follow trends, we set them. We don't just imagine the future, we build it.
ARCH is crafted with medical-grade materials and engineered with adaptive pressure modules, precision sensors, and a responsive control system. From the curved housing to the breathable strap design, every detail exists to support movement, even when you're not moving.
If work is to be physically, cognitively, and economically sustainable, movement must be something embedded by design, not something added by intention.
Just as lighting, heating, and internet became fundamental infrastructure, movement must follow the same path. Because when circulation drops, performance follows.
Introducing the ARCH V1 Carbon: designed for those who value performance, durability, and timeless design. It features an ultralight yet highly durable Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) case with a thermoset matrix, and a precision-machined front panel made from aerospace-grade 7075 T6 aluminum for both strength and elegance.
While most materials are stamped or molded, carbon fiber must be placed and cured by hand. That makes every ARCH V1 Carbon not just strong but personal.
